We are Frakes and Foster two local attorneys here in Arizona. We launched Perfect Fit HR because we were getting too many calls from Doctors, Construction Workers and other small business owners who were either being sued or being threatened with lawsuits.
In most cases, we realized that if their HR department would have handled things better, these poor stressed out business leaders would not be in these situations.

Troy Foster
Troy Foster is a Former Chief Human Resources Director and Corporate Privacy Officer. Troy has more than two decades of experience in law and human resources, which makes him a powerful advocate for his clients. A fourth-generation Arizonan raised in Prescott, Troy graduated from Arizona State University’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law in 1996. He began his law career as a clerk for the Arizona Court of Appeals and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, then worked as an attorney for the Phoenix office of Lewis & Roca. ...He expanded his knowledge of human resources and employment law as vice president of HR Resolutions Group and Mediation. More recently, he served as human resources director, then general counsel, for a large health care company. In representing companies and individuals in employment matters, Troy has witnessed first hand how proactive HR assistance can be critical in saving a company money and diffusing a problem before it starts. Troy has always provided proactive legal advice to his clients, but with Perfect Fit HR, Troy’s team is able to offer efficient HR solutions before they turn into problems!
Ken Frakes
Ken Frakes approach is business-minded and solutions oriented. Not only do his clients benefit from strong advocacy skills that he developed over years of litigation, but they also benefit from sound business advice, which is grounded in his experience as the former general counsel to a large land investment company – where he handled hundreds of millions of dollars in real estate transactions, managed several business organizations and partnerships, and dealt with commercial issues that confront business people on a daily basis. ...In his role over the years, Ken has encountered many businesses that need the proactive assistance of an HR professional, but don’t have the budget to hire someone full time. Montana Kint
Montana Kint serves as the Human Resources Business Partner for Perfect Fit HR. Montana grew up in Phoenix and attended Grand Canyon University, where she obtained her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees. Her strong desire to assist in helping business owners in any way from the monotonous daily tasks, to developing and implementing human resources policies and procedures her goal is to make that side of your business as seamless as possible.
